February 1. Leviticus ch 1-4
OF FAITH AND REALITY
”Without becoming weak in faith he contemplated his own body, now as good as dead since he was about a hundred years old, and the deadness of Sarah’s womb; yet, with respect to the promise of God, he did not waver in unbelief but grew strong in faith, giving glory to God, and being fully assured that what God had promised, He was able also to perform.“
Romans 4:19-21 NASB1995
GOOD DAY: I have not yet written a bestseller and my books and daily articles are not yet bringing visible income to sustain me the way I want or desire; however, I know what I desire and want from the writing that I do. I expect people to read and contact Jesus; I want them to have their eyes of understanding open to know how to navigate the ups and downs of life while still having faith in God. I want them to know the truth and know peace. I am not there yet. Now I have talked about my reality and my faith. You have your reality and you have your faith as well. They may not be the same thing yet. You don’t have enough money to meet your essential obligations, you know how you want your family to be and you are working to achieve that. Your reality is far from your faith. It could be health or any other thing. You copy Abraham. You keep your faith in focus and keep giving glory to God as well as doing what you do. I am still writing, praising God even when I am not there yet. I publish both hard and e-copies on Amazon and Selar and I keep my joy level by my faith in view. You don’t focus on your reality but on your faith. YOUR FAITH WILL BECOME YOUR REALITY IF YOU DON’T TAKE YOUR FOCUS OFF IT.
PRAY: Dear Lord, help me to focus on my faith and see it become my reality.
