STILL ON THE JOURNEY OF FAITH
… for you are destined for all things and will rise victorious. Put on truth as a belt to strengthen you to stand in triumph. Put on holiness as the protective armor that covers your heart. Stand on your feet alert, then you’ll always be ready to share the blessings of peace.

GOOD DAY. In all the attacks of the enemy, you are destined for victory. For this reason, God has provided us with full armor that makes for that victory. The first of the armor is TRUTH which stands for a belt round your waste. As a young person except you have a health challenge, a belt is for fashion and to hold your dress firmly to your waistline. However, as I am advancing in my senior years, I know the use of a belt in providing strength for the back to stand straight and firm. TRUTH is usually used interchangeably with FACTS. TRUTH however has another meaning different from FACTS in the spiritual world; TRUTH is the WORD of God. Jesus said
“Your Word is truth! So make them holy by the truth. John 17:17 TPT. Jesus also said, “I am the way, and the truth, and the life; no one comes to the Father but through Me.

Remember that Jesus is the word of God. The word of God should be around my waist to strengthen me. What is the word of God for the condition that you are facing? Let that be the support for your lower back that carries the weight keeping you upright in triumph. Know and make the entire promise of God for your life or what you want from Him your source of strength. What is your strength in your situation? Is it science, your experience, legal position or influence, connection and so on? If all these do not agree with the word of God spoken to you, they will not keep you standing in triumph. Tomorrow, we shall take another of the armor.
