GOD OR GOD AND FATHER

““Behold, I am the Lord, the God of all flesh; is anything too difficult for Me?”

““May the Lord, the God of the spirits of all flesh, appoint a man over the congregation,”

“But as many as received Him, to them He gave the right to become children of God, even to those who believe in His name, who were born, not of blood nor of the will of the flesh nor of the will of man, but of God.” John 1:12-13 NASB1995

“You believe that God is one. You do well; the demons also believe, and shudder.”

James 2:19 NASB1995

GOOD DAY: I know a man who has a business and he has two employees that the Holy Spirit used to distinguish God as God of all flesh and spirits from God the Father to me. One employee and the other the CEO’s son are about on the same level. He is dearly loved by the boss like his son. But the boss or CEO is the CEO of the company to all employees but also the father of his son. Apart from general love for all employees his son included, there is the fatherly love and closeness to his son. This like the difference between God of all spirits, who is one God to all but also Father to those who accept His offer of love through the death on the cross and resurrection of His beloved Son Jesus Christ. The son of the CEO will inherit his business and he grooms him in that direction. Same as God grooms His children to reign on earth in His place. 

The point of conflict between Christianity and other religions is Jesus Christ of Nazareth through whom we come to God as Father. Jesus Christ is the LOVE story of God to mankind. In other words, there are two levels of relationship with God. The lower level is God the God of all flesh and spirits. The upper level is God the Father. This is where Jesus comes in and you become a citizen of heaven in God’s presence. The danger of being in the lower level is that Satan is there too. He believes there is one God.  “You believe that God is one. You do well; the demons also believe, and shudder.” James 2:19 NASB1995 It was at this level before the coming of Christ  that Satan was able to be in God’s meeting with His sons. Job 1:6 With the death and resurrection of Jesus, He became the first born of God from the dead having obtained forgiveness for our sins. “He is also head of the body, the church; and He is the beginning, the firstborn from the dead, so that He Himself will come to have first place in everything.” Colossians 1:18 NASB1995 This is the level of Father and son. It is at this level that all the benefits of the household of God are open to any man who will take the offer. Part of the benefits is DIVINE HEALTH SERVICE (DHS). 

If you have not consciously accepted the offer of God’s love in Jesus Christ, today is your day. It is not too late and see the joy that comes to your spirit. 

PRAY: Dear Lord God, thank You for the offer of Love that makes You my Father and me Your child. Open my eyes to all the benefits of being Your child.
