It shall turn to good

IT SHALL TURN TO GOOD

“As for you, you meant evil against me, but God meant it for good in order to bring about this present result, to preserve many people alive.”  Genesis 50:20 NASB1995

GOOD DAY: Joseph was in Potiphar’s house as slave and prisoner for no fault of his for thirteen years before he was made overseer. Were slavery and prison his just reward? No but the result of jealousy by his brothers. This tells us that not everything a man goes through is the just reward of his actions. While he was a slave, the Bible records this

“The Lord was with Joseph, so he became a successful man. And he was in the house of his master, the Egyptian.” Genesis 39:2 NASB1995

It took thirteen years for Joseph to live in captivity but God was with him and he was successful.

No matter the undeserved situation that you find yourself in, if you can trust God and live by His instructions, you will succeed under the circumstances. Not everything you go through is a reward for your actions, but when it is not, then God will be with you and you will have peace and succeed. Hear this from Apostle Paul: “Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of mercies and God of all comfort, who comforts us in all our affliction so that we will be able to comfort those who are in any affliction with the comfort with which we ourselves are comforted by God.” 2 Corinthians 1:3-4 NASB1995

Whatever you are going through, watch for the presence of God with you and once you can find His peace and comfort, then know that it is not the reward for your actions but the growth path to your glory.

PRAY: Dear Lord Jesus, open my eyes to see You by my side in all the trials I will have to go through.
