February 21. Numbers ch 31-32
THERE IS A WAY OF ESCAPE
”Gaze upon him, join your life with his, and joy will come. Your faces will glisten with glory. You’ll never wear that shame-face again. When I had nothing, desperate and defeated, I cried out to the Lord and he heard me, bringing his miracle-deliverance when I needed it most. The angel of Yahweh stooped down to listen as I prayed, encircling me, empowering me, and showing me how to escape. He will do this for everyone who fears God.“

GOOD DAY: It may look like there is no way out of the harvest of corruption and hardships caused by the maturity of the many years of sowing to the flesh. We have been taught to place money and possessions above the human soul. We have pursued money and are discovering that money eludes us leaving trails of wickedness from man to man. What wretched position we are in! The good news is there is a way of escape. The first step in the way of escape is to gaze upon God in His word and His creation. Shift your gaze from money and any other source of help. The second is you join your life to His by asking His Holy Spirit to come and live in you. Then you live by His word as His Spirit inspires you. As you do this, joy comes to you no matter the circumstance. Anytime you run into trouble, you can call on Him and His angel encircle and empower you and lead you into the way of escape.
PRAY: Dear Lord, help us to believe in You and show us how to join our lives to yours every day.
